Alyssa reached out to me wanting a family session last Fall and I was so excited to say the least. Capturing young families is one of the most fun type of sessions that I have the opportunity to shoot because there is so much excitement in having a toddler. Maverick is 100% boy, and man oh man is he fun! I only have girls, so I get to enjoy all the boy fun from a distance haha! The Cross family contacted me through a mutual friend (that was their extended family) and wanted to do just that, an extended family session. They are just the sweetest. Melissa and her husband have three beautiful children, the oldest is now a Senior in high school and their two girls are just a bit younger. When she contacted me to capture this sweet time in their lives, I was ecstatic to be able to give them photos that would last a lifetime and be able to preserve their memories of the grandparents on both sides. All of them were so sweet and I hope to be able to continue capturing their sweet family in the future!

Emma is just a doll and I can’t get enough of her. You will see, later in this post, a series of three images where Emma gets really excited and her sweet little arms stick straight out!
